Shipping Information
At TurboFine, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services. Currently, we only support shipping within the United States and do not offer a choice of courier to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The total delivery timeframe consists of:
- Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 Business Days
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all products.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
Additionally, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, or protected areas. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Delays
Please note that unexpected circumstances, such as weather disruptions, carrier delays, or high order volumes, may impact delivery times. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, feel free to contact our support team at info@turbofine.com for assistance.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact info@turbofine.com to obtain the correct return address. Do not send items back to the delivery address without first contacting customer support, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item received, TurboFine will cover the return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged in these cases.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 1–8 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as some processing times vary.
